Diversity is the connecting bridge

The foundation of diversity is uniqueness. We celebrate our diversity and want to share our joy about it. Therefore, together with the Deutsche Akademie für Führungskräfte (German Academy for Managers) and the trainer Balian Buschbaum, we have developed a course offering on the topic of diversity.

Basic training

Diversity has many faces - dealing with the topic can take place in just as many ways. However, it is always important to first familiarise oneself with the basics and develop a sensitivity for the issues.

Individual learning concepts

Together with the Deutsche Akademie für Führungskräfte (German Academy for Managers) and the trainer Balian Buschbaum, we, the ESO Education Group, have developed a corresponding course offer for you in the blended learning format or distance learning format. Learn the basics where and when you want with the help of our interactive learning units on our learning platform and complete this knowledge with impulse lectures, webinars and workshops that are individually tailored to the needs and issues of your company. In addition, we also offer diversity seminars at schools.
